I was so happy that my pp was done and submitted but it came back with a rework. Felt like a kid with a dropped lollipop. Can see cannot eat. Reworking........ in process. Another 2 weeks!
A generally good overview of the CBTL using SWOT. Should include information on organication chart, process flow adapted by CBTL to maintain food service excellent? working environment and culture etc. - comment by the supervisor.
