Apparently I learnt much over supper table yst.
What Ive thought through:
Why am i still in youth ministry
Who can take over me?
What are my unique features?
What makes me different/stand out?
Teachable moments are important for informal shepherdings
I thought deep and couldn't figure it out. Maybe its time to move on. They say why do things when others can do it on your behalf? Be useful and bless others instead. Which makes great sense to me. Youth ministry is meant for the youths, isn't it?
Why have a shepherd and a leader at the same time? Why cant your shepherd be your leader as well? As in 2 in 1. Why make things so hard for the leader and the shepherd?
Perhaps i need to get my fundamentals right again.
Align me back to the basics God. Thank you.
If i cant lead myself, i cant lead others.
Im not satisfied. why not me instead?! :(
